Chase carries 18+ years of restaurant experience to the table as Director of Operations at VV Tapas Lounge. He is a certified sommelier, consultant and restauranteur. Currently, Chase is the owner of Wine and Hospitality Consulting and previous owner at critically acclaimed Mission in Kitsilano. Chase brings an inviting, unpretentious approach to wine as well as an in depth understanding of food and wine pairings.

Head Chef

Zach has called Vancouver home for over 12 years, but he honed his culinary arts skills in some of Canada’s and Europe’s most respected dining establishments including Toronto’s Canoe Restaurant and the Michelin-starred Au Fil du Temps in Provence, France. At VV Zach’s artful stylings are evident in approachable creations including elevated bar snacks, savory charcuterie plates and more.
